Calorie measurement, energy value of food and diet sets.
In the smart watch Accofrisk added a new recommendatory functionality for proper nutrition.

The recommendations are based on the amount of proteins, fats and carbohydrates consumed with food and calories spent by the user. In turn, these basic indicators are formed on the basis of synthetic (complex ) analysis of body data.
The recommendations will help to maintain the user’s body in tone and become a daily navigator of consumption of the necessary and qualitative set of products.

Nutrient analysis.
The watch shows a personal analyst on your body’s problems. For example, it may be poor metabolism, obesity, overeating, low muscle mass, etc. Next, the recommended meal track for breakfast lunch and dinner is built, measured in grams of fat, protein and carbohydrate consumption, as well as the daily calorie standard. According to the results of the analysis, schedules of actual consumption of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, as well as a schedule of consumed and spent calories are formed.

Dietary regulation.
This is a section showing how nutrition affects the functioning of the main body systems — the heart, lungs, liver and brain. Recommendations are formed in the context — a change in diet depending on the level of reasonable total energy consumption. For example, with unstable heart work, a certain set of diets will be recommended.
Section graphs show the dependence of organ parameters on food intake.

Dietary recommendations.
We have created several balanced diet packages that help the user reduce body weight, reduce body fat, reduce inflammation, metabolic syndrome components and cardiovascular disease factors. For each package are shown
